5K — $45*

The righteous 5K route starts and ends on campus, and part of the route continues off campus through rural Cottleville.

This rad run begins at 7:30 a.m. and timing ends at 9 a.m.

The 5K is chip-timed by Fleet Feet.

This route is for runners and walkers. Joggers with  strollers, please yield for faster runners.

Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in these awesome 5K age categories:

  • 19 & under
  • 20-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50-59
  • 60 & over

Medals will also be awarded to first-place male and female finishers: SCC Student, SCC Alumni and SCC Employee.

10K — $45*

The righteous 10K route starts and ends on campus, and part of the route continues off campus with flat to rolling terrain through rural Cottleville.

This rad run begins at 7:30 a.m. and timing ends at 9 a.m.

The 10K is chip-timed by Fleet Feet.

Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in these awesome 10K age categories:

  • 19 & under
  • 20-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50-59
  • 60 & over

Medals will also be awarded to first-place male and female finishers: SCC Student, SCC Alumni and SCC Employee.

Radical Mile — $30*

Our Radical Mile has no official timing, but it’s not totally bogus, either. Way cool winners are determined by the order they cross the finish line (by awesome age category). Parents or older siblings may accompany young children.

The Radical Mile begins at approximately 9:15 a.m. and stays on SCC’s bodacious campus for the duration of the run.

First Heat - Ages 10 and under
Second Heat - Ages 11 and over*

  • 6 & under
  • 7-8
  • 9-10
  • 11-12
  • 13-14
  • 15 & over

ONE PERSON WILL RECEIVE A $1,000 SCHOLARSHIP TO SCC

One rad runner in That '80s Run will win the $1,000 Brenda Hollrah Memorial Scholarship to St. Charles Community College. Bodacious! Entrants in the 5K and 10K races (ages 18 and older) will be automatically entered into a drawing for the stellar scholarship. The scholarship recipient will be announced at the awards ceremony on the day of the run. The scholarship expires June 15, 2018.

Top Finishers Receive

  • $100 cash to 10K first place overall male and female
  • $50 cash to 5K first overall male and female
  • Medals to top three male and female finishers in these 10K and 5K age categories: 19 & Under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & Over
  • Medals also awarded to first-place male and female finishers in 5K/10K: SCC Student, SCC Alumni and SCC Employee
  • Medals to the top three male and female finishers in these age categories: 6 & Under, 7-8; 9-10; 11-12; 13-14; 15 & Over

Packet pickup occurs at:

10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Thursday-Friday, April 27-28, 2017.

Packet pickup will be held at St. Charles Community College on race day.

** Must be registered for the race prior to the event day in order to be included in the prize drawing.

No Refund Policy: That '80s Run, a not-for-profit event, has a no refund policy. In the case of a race cancellation due to weather, the Health & Wellness Exporama will remain open, all registrants may pick up their packets at St. Charles Community College, and they will receive a deep discount on next year's event. Proceeds from the event support wellness initiatives and a student scholarship to St. Charles Community College.
